Welcome to the Pierce County Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) which serves the interests of residential property managers in the greater Tacoma/Puyallup area of Washington State.
We are an association designed for real estate professionals who know first-hand the unique problems and challenges of managing single-family and small residential properties. NARPM offers an effective, professional learning environment for owners of property management companies, property managers, and their Support Specialist.
The Pierce County chapter has been assisting local property managers for over 14 years and has maintained an active membership of over 20 local property management companies. We generally meet once a month where we conduct chapter business and have speakers present on various topics affecting our industry.
